Conditions for purchase, payment, delivery and return of goods

Return:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you, you can return them to the courier at the time of delivery. If you notice a discrepancy or problems with the quality of the products when the courier has already left, please inform us about it within 24 hours after delivery by writing an e-mail to pasutijumi@zakumuiza.lv or by calling 67545205.
The money will be returned to the bank account from which the order was placed within 2 to 5 working days.
The buyer may use the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days after delivery of the relevant goods. The buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal if:  
a) the goods cannot, by their nature, be returned or are perishable or ready for use; 
b) the supply of foodstuffs or other goods for immediate consumption in the household; 
c) the goods have been damaged after delivery; 
d) the consumer has opened the packaging of the product, which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons;
e) in other cases, provided by law; 

Deposit for Tare

If the Buyer has paid the security deposit for the Tare, it shall be returned at the Buyer's request, after the Buyer has paid all issued invoices for the Product, Tare or equipment, and has returned the bottles and/or rental equipment.
The security deposit is returned within 2 (two) weeks based on the Buyer's written application with written Buyer's bank account number, to which the Seller returns the security deposit to the Buyer or credit the deposit amount to cover the losses incurred by the Seller related to the loss or damage of the Seller's tare/equipment from the Buyers side.

Distance Agreement

The Seller of the goods offered in this Online Store, further referred to as The Seller, and the person placing the order, further referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following Agreement: The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer.

If the buyer does not accept the ordered products, the buyer pays the seller a contractual penalty of EUR 10.00 (ten euros) for each such case.

Privacy Policy

By entering delivery and contact information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by the Buyer is used to enable the Seller to process the Buyer's order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail and telephone number.
