Terms of delivery
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- When ordering 18.9 L or 11.3 L water bottles, empty bottles are exchanged for full bottles during delivery.
- When ordering, please enter the number of empty bottles returned at the time of delivery.
- If you return a smaller number of empty bottles than if you order full bottles, a security deposit for the Container will be automatically calculated in the order (€7.83 for 1 bottle)
For example, if the Buyer orders 2 full bottles of water, but does not return the empty Container, then the calculated security deposit will be 7.83/€ x 2 bottles = 15.66€
- If the Buyer has paid a security deposit for the Container, it is returned at the Buyer's request, after the Buyer has fully paid the invoices issued for the Product, Container or equipment and has returned the bottles and/or rental equipment.
- If the Buyer has made a security deposit, the Seller can be requested to refund it after the invoices for goods, services, equipment have been paid in full and the empty container has been handed over to the Seller.
- The security deposit is returned within 4 (four) weeks, based on the Buyer's written application. In the submission, the Buyer's bank account number, to which the Seller should return the deposit, must be specified. If the Buyer has caused damage to the Seller (container, loss of equipment, damage) or if the Buyer has a debt, then the security deposit is directed to cover the losses or pay off the debt
RETURN
- If the Buyer is dissatisfied with the delivered product or the product is of inadequate quality, then the Buyer can hand it over to the courier at the time of delivery.
- If the Buyer notices a defect, inconsistency, problems related to the quality of the goods, only when the courier has already left, please inform him about it within 24 hours after delivery by writing an e-mail to pasutijumi@zakumuiza.lv or by calling 67545205 .
- The money will be returned to the bank account specified by the Buyer, from which the order was placed, within 2 - 5 working days.
- The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days after the delivery of the relevant item.
- The buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal if:
(a) the goods cannot be returned due to their nature or are perishable or consumable;
b) food products or other goods intended for immediate household consumption are delivered;
c) the goods are damaged after delivery;
d) the consumer has opened the packaging of the product, which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons;
e) in other cases provided for by law;
ORDER CANCELLATION
- In case the Buyer wants to cancel the order, he must contact the packing department (on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) by calling 67545205
- It is preferable to inform about order cancellation the day before delivery
