The application must include the following information:
1. Your name.
2. Your phone number and e-mail address.
3. Delivery address.
4. A valid "Goda ģimene" certificate.

Our representatives will contact you to confirm your details and draw up a contract for your 20% discount on all Zaķumuiža water products in our e-store.

Discounts are not cumulative and do not apply to water subscription plans.
